I can bring your vision to life
Depending on the scale, intricacy, and species of wood, and materials used, I can most likely create a wand that will be just as you imagined. Ask me about birth woods based off of the Norse 13-month calendar, ask me about the magical properties of certain species of wood, and which woods are best for Healing, love, or protection to name a few. I WILL NOT copy another artist’s work, but I can do an homage to their style. I’ve done a few Pottermore wands in the past but won’t anymore. I want more than anything to make something special for YOU, or a loved one you care for.
Prices usually depend greatly on many details, A small maple wand that’s lathe turned will cost less than a larger hand carved Koa wand with gold leaf and Amethyst. Once we have agreed on style, materials, and timeframe, I can quote you a price. But for reference, my range has been between $35 and $200 for a custom wand with the average price being around $80

The following is an example of a custom piece I made for a Patron recently. He had an idea of what he wanted, and I had an idea of how to get it to him. This is how his wand went from a sketch to reality.

Initial Patrons sketch to the finished wand. every stage of its construction, I was in contact with the client to make sure he was fully satisfied with the end piece

choice of design variations. I had a few ideas for form and placement, he chose C.

I offered choice of Othala shapes. He chose B.

Final Sketch and final proportions. he wanted something rustic and earthy, as if it's been used for many generations

Othala shaped from Ash. there's something very satisfying about the tactile feel of carved wood.

Tip shaped from gray Willow. the Client was very particular about wood species, and was patient while I picked up stock I didn't have on hand

fitting the tip with the rune. I carved the tip full tang for form and strength.
